They charge you double the amount of what you actually ordered

Merchandise Direct tried to rip me off in connection with an order for "Magic Mesh" - but judging from all the other complaints about them on this board, it looks like they pull the same dirty trick in connection with a number of different products. As reported by others: I went to buymagicmesh.com and ordered ONE of the products they offered (the offer was actually a "two for the price of one", so in effect I ordered two physical units).

When I submitted my credit card number and went to check out, they had DOUBLED my order — that is, TWO two-for-one items, for double the price of what I had actually ordered. The website provides NO way to review your order or to make any corrections. The doubling of the price was obviously not "in error" — many other people have reported the same thing.
