Is Tricking People

I leased vehicle and was given a Wells Fargo Auto Finance to handle my lease. I made payments for 4 years and always on time.

When I was ready to turn in the car, I called them to ask them whether the appraisal will come to check on my vehicle. This was around Jan 9.

And Wells Fargo's Newark office started to call me Jan 10 and constantly calling me, rushing me for the return of the car. They attempted to get the car to Auction many times and finally they picked up the car on Jan 19, and since then i have an big headache.

I got an estimate for the car on the Jan 16th. Since i have the return the car (Jan 29,) i had enough time to deal with it. I tried to explain to them i still have time and i have an estimate. Wells Fargo NJ offices told me on the phone that " They accept the car AS IS".

I'm a student, under the current economical difficulties. I still tried to do right thing according to my budget. The money that they're asking is too much which i can't pay. I offer them to pay the estimate i have and that is all or they can bring car back to me and i take care of it as i planned.

I tried to talk to several people in their office, nobody was in the interested to help. They even hang-up on our face!

I have the pictures of the car which I emailed to them. Right now they blocked my email address and doesn't wanna talk to me!!!

They said i have to solve this issue or pay the money until Feb 13. What's gonna happen after that date?
