A group of scammers!

I had a credit card account charged off in July. I tried calling their firm to make suitable payment arrangments. The debt was originally for $6991.35 on a chase credit card account. I was first contacted by Ms. Adrienne Anderson who claimed herself to be a case worker (ha ha) she is really a debt collector. I told them I could not pay more than $300 monthly on the account. I was told they do not do long term payment plans with their clients. That is a bunch of bull! With this economy they are lucky to get anything.

Another lady Ms. Hensley was really nasty, because I had an arbitration award against me for the account, she told me to give her $2000 up front to settle on the account. I knew this was a scam because most places would work out suitable arrangments with you. Finally, after I filed complaints against them with the BBB, Chris Diwan responded and said he was sorry for all I went through (Whatever) that I can make suitable payment arrangments with them.

I called him up that day, still they did not seem to care about my terms and conditions. They have ceased the phone calls, but I am worried what will happen next, I have a lawyer to speak on my behalf, if they take me to court. Finally, I went on their website to attempt to pay something, nothing was deducted from my checking account.
