Unauthorized withdrawal from Checking Acct and refusal to return funds to acct

February 4, unauthorized withdrawal was done against my checking acct. With Wachovia Bank. When I called to inquire I was told that my uncle gave permission for them to go into my account. I live in CA, my uncle who is the co-signer only lives in MI. I am the only signer and holder of checking account. My uncle never spoke to a representative, never authorized them to go into my acct. As he doesn't even know my banking information.

When my uncle and I both reported this as a fraudalent transaction and asked for a full investigation we were told first, no investigation was needed and secondly, my uncle was called a liar by the supervisor named Lynn and refused to allow us to speak to another representative, she refused to review our request to investigate and all this is based on "notes" in their database that someone actually spoke to my uncle and he said to take the amount owed.

On the same day as the transaction I walked into the Rancho Santa Fe branch and made a car payment. The rudeness, and obnoxious attitude of the supervisor named Lynn and William Johnson. I doubt if this is their true names was horrific. If they get paid to call their customers liars, and refuse to investigate our claim of stealing basically as it's your problem deal with it because we have our money and we're not here to be nice but collect a debt and to belittle customers and think it's okay. Well, this is just the beginning because I'm contacting several agencies including their corporate office for a full investigation into their unethical practices.
