We were charged service charge I believe to be wrong

Our payment was due on January 22 and was paid on January 20. It was not posted until January 27. All this in 2009.

Under the scheduling payment questions it states that a payment made on Tuesday, 20th was on Tuesday, before 5:00 PM it would post on Wednesday, therefore it makes sense that if it was posted after 5:00 PM it would post on Thursday.

We received a billing for February and a late fee and a service charge had been added although we paid the statement in full in January.

I realize this may sound petty, but if they are doing this to everyone they are making a nice sum, and probably do not need OUR money to futher bail them out. I understand Mr. Lewis got a very nice bonus along with his very big salary.

Are there any more like us out there? Would love to know.
