I had ordered a sample product on 1/13/09-they then billed me again without my Authorization

On 01/13/09, I ordered Ivory smiles trial size free for only 4.99 you would pay for free shipping and handling. My credit card was charged 4.99 for the month of January. Then on 1/31/09, my card was charged 88.97 with out my authorization. I called my bank quickly to cancel transaction, but it was sunday night so I couldn't speak to a representative to cancel my card, until the following work week.

So I called the company to speak to someone got no answer. The only thing it said was if you wish to cancel your membership email support @colonex700.com. Therefore, I found the website and found usacomplaints.com for this company. How dare they do that. I am reporting them to the BBB and the MN State Atty's Offfice.
