Big promises with buyers waiting, refund in 1 year if not sold

This company promised lots and delivered little. After 1 year, if property did not sell, they were supposed to refund the money. Should have known better.

Tried to research before signing up, but didn't research deep enough. I contacted them at 7 months to lower the asking price and they were still in business. Now, at one year they are gone.

Any suggestions? The lady who signed her name has opened another timeshare selling company. How do I warn about this company, ie person?
