Nasty bogus company that drained my bank account!

Ok here is my problem. Last year I opened a bank account and everything went through just fine, there was nothing that came up at all as owing anything to anybody. This year well in 07 my daughter started getting SSI and I was just starting to put her money as well as my son's child support money in my checking and savings accounts.

To my surprise I went ot the bank to make some withdrawls and check my balance and then it hit me I was showing almost 4,000 dollors less in my account that I should have had in there. I instantly started questioning that to my surprise again there was a company Dakota Bluff that is ran out of Mesereli & Kramer froze that amount and drained my accounts including taking my kids child support money and my daughters SSI money.

I got ahold of the number to comtact them and when I talked to them they were very rude when I explained to them that i had no idea what this was about and that they took my kids money. The lady continued to say that I would have sent them (Messereli & Kramer aka Dakota Bluff) my daughters information and my sons to show that was there money was taken, well for one I dont feel comfortable giving out any of that information at all.

I proceeded to tell her that in the state of Minnesota it is illegal to take moneys or funds that belong to a minor child. The lady (she never did tell me her name) told me that a Judge said that is was my debt and that I have to pay that amount (even though she had no idea what the amount was) I told her that i wanted papers sent me so that I could see that judgement that the Judge has ordered that.

I got my papers and to my surprise yet again the papers did not have a judges signature nor the judges name, no imprinted seal or the district attorney's signature or name, the only signature on it was Messereli & Kramer that is it and the amounts were hand written and that was the paper that was sent to my bank and the bank let the money go no questions asked.

I also saw that Messerli & Kramer had sent a check to my bank for 15.00 to cooperate with them, I am a single mother barely making it as it is and I get assistance to help pay my rent, i am going to the court house tomorrow well today to see about this court thing that they are talking about. If anybody can help me with this or give me advise I would greatly appreciate it.
