InTown Suites of Cy-Fair located off of 13125 FM 1960 West, Houston, TX 77065 has a General Manager named Ben Harris who is a major headache for anyone who checks in. People nickednamed him "hothead benster." He is quick to give you attitude over any situation.

Then theres Juan (underpaid mexican immigrant) posing as a maintenance man is Bens snitch. Whenever you bump into Juan... You are sure to bump into Ben. Anything or everything in need of fixing does not get fixed. Juan pretends to fix broken showerheads, toilets, stove tops, refrigerators, etc. Boy is he quick to fill out his infamous pink slips claiming he did maintenance when in fact all he did was stare at it and make up some wild conclusion as to why it does not need a repair.

How come Corporate never returns calls? Is it fake? Do they just give you a phony number making you believe you got in touch with Corporate?

Why are all these janitors complaicent lazy and simple simons? Does professionalism mean anything to them?

These janitors act pretentious when preparing rooms to scam the next person. Their english is horrible which makes it hard to communicate with them. They do not believe in Universal Precautions and could infact be spreading diseases from room to room.

You will find them on their cell phones on the job.

You will find them stealing from rooms and hiding their stolen goods in their run down vehicles.

Why do they work here if they are trouble makers?
