Unauthorized charges on credit card Detroit

Found unauthorized charges on my credit card for magazines I did not order.
I never received any magazines, even though they charged my credit card for 33 dollars. I called my credit card company and they gave me the phone number of this scammers. I called the magazine service which is all automated and the prompt said they could only give me credit for only $26!!
What a rip off! I called my credit card company back and they did credit my account.
