Employment Scam on Craigslist

I received an email from someone called Rustox - Mark Gillman responding to an employment email I sent to a Craigslist ad in Boise, ID. The email from him was this:

"Thank you for your interest and taking the time to reply to our current open positions at Rustox.

As a result of the poor economic climate, we have received many more resumes for these positions than at any time in our company history. Due to the high number of applicants, we have immediately been able to fill 2 of our 4 open positions. It appears you already fit our basic requirements and I would love to bring you in for an interview to fill one of our last remaining spots.

The recession has forced Rustox to cut costs wherever it can in order to remain competitive in the marketplace and continue to successfully serve our clients. All of our job applicants are required to complete one of our client marketing forms in order to move forward in the interview process. You will simply need to go to our client's websites and take a couple of minutes to securely fill in your basic information there. When you click on the link below one of our preselected client websites will open with a form for you to complete.

I could tell from the generic wording that it was questionable. When I went to the link he provided it was to a marketing group website that required money from me. Ridiculous.
