Advanced Marketing
Waste of time, Ruined Life and tossed out like the trash

Miscellaneous

It all began with the inroduction of a very promising carreer. "You can run your own office within six months and make a six figure income", they said.

The first interview to come was a sit down with the administrator of the company because the owner was out. She told me that I was a good fit for their company and asked me to come back for a second round the following day. When I returned the second day I was introduced to what they called a "account manager" who would show me the ropes for the day and evaluate my background and wether or not I was worth anything to the company. We spent the day going door to door selling at&t dish network and DSL... After 8 hours of door knocking I "qualified" for the 3rd round interview. EVERYONE qualifies. I then got a 30 minute speech from the owner of the company, Jason Douget, about how wonderful this whole thing was... The next day I started.

For the next 7 months of my life I worked for Advanced Marketing for an average of 10 hours a day, six days a week doing everything they said with the promise that I would eventually own my office. Some of the requirements were that I build a team of 10 people, save a certain amount of money and sale a certain amount of deals. I did all of those things and finally got promoted to the assistant management position. As an assistant manager they tell you that you are only months away from opening an office and an escrow account would be opened in your name. This escrow account was supposed to accumulate a large amount of money over time and when it came time to open the doors they would turn the escrow account over to you. There never was such a thing as the escrow account.

I could go on and on about how there were times Jason Douget got really upset and cursed me out in his office because I would be to loud in the "atmosphere" room. Or how when I quit both Jason and Eric Swithin lied about me and the way I conducted business to convince the people that were still there that I was the bad guy. But I won't get into all of that. I have submitted this report in hopes that someone down the road will read it and stay away from this company. I made it to assistant manager, I did everything they required, I have also seen the W2's of what the owners really make... And I have even tried to reconcile my relationship with them.

I worked a total of 14 months with Advaced Marketing, Inc. A ICL for Cydcor and I can tell you that unless you are willing to waste your time, ruin your life and then be thrown out like trash do not even consider a "ENTRY LEVEL MANAGEMENT" position at this company or any other ICL for Cydcor which includes E.M. And Associates.
