Multiple unauthorized charges to my debit card Internet

I don't even know who this company is or how the heck they got my debit card number or anything, but for the past 3 months I've been seeing $19.95 charges on my account. I found an number to call on their site (1-877-820-6329), but I don't have a member ID number, so I just put in my phone number, no idea how they got that either, and unfortunately called when they were closed, but I will call back later and hopefully get this whole mess straightened out and these charges stopped.
