the transmission in my 1998 Chevy Blazer. Started slipping. I took it to Affordable. They confirmed it was. And of course recommend I let them rebuild it. I did. Feb 4. Same thing happen. I contact Affordable, and spoke with Micheal. Shop manager. We spoke I complained, it had only been may 16 months, since he repaired this transmiision. He agreed to rebuild this transmission for $800.00. I let him. I dropped the truck off at his shop on Monday Feb. 1. Got it back Thursday Feb. 5. Today is Feb. 6. And my truck is worst. When I took it in, it was slipping. Today it's not shifting gears at all, until I reach 50 - 60 mph.
