Checking receipts before returns?!

What's the purpose of examining a return-receipt and checking all of the products, even although you have about 20 of these - BEFORE you actually enter point to come back your material. This can be a trouble and does NOTHING to obtain me through the return point quicker, the folks that the results do not actually consider the brands I am distributed by the reader. Waste of my time. I'd prefer to observe precisely why they're achieving this since the last several occasions I've had fights with this specific issue, no body might inform me the precise cause, all of them simply stated it's section of their work. I actually donot care whether it's part of your work, whether it's not making me enter and from the shop quicker - then it's not helpful.
