Read your bill carefully

I also had 30.00 additional charge on my phone from
esbi and oan. Called at&t they gave me the numbers
to both companies. They said they would only refund
money 3 months prior. At&t would not help me but let
both these companies charge this to my bill without my
permission. I think at&t should be held accountable for
allowing these companies to charge my account without
permission. These charges were on my bills for at least
12 months. Im getting tired of being ripped off.
