I notified eric to see whether, they recieve my fax and my regular mail requesting a cancellation and refund. I sent a second fax on or around the 4th of feb and place a second called to inquire. She transfered me to some one and that conversation turn out to be unsuccessful for me. I submitted my cancellation within 3 days required time.
