Rebate check is not signed and rejected at my bank

TCA claims they had a printing error and that is why my check is not signed. Scott Adamson is the rebate manager and has removed his email. The corporate phone gives you the runaround until you reach a phone mail box which is too full to leave a message.
In my opinion this constitues fraud. I would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau and believe me, CompUSA will also hear from me!
