I have emailed this site's customer service twice with automated replies I cannot respond to. The ticket numbers for all emails to them are:

Also, this is my purchase information:

Your private customer account has been created. Your bank statement will show a one-time charge for $44.90 from "CLKBANK*COM". Your receipt number is HGEKDQ3Q.

This company has not performed any service, they have not responded to any of my questions, nor have they offered me a refund as I have been requested. Also, this site continues to ask for money for each search which is not information offered upon enrollment. You are lead to believe that a one time fee gives you access to all their services.
