I believe they are trying to collect twice on the same fine knowing so!

I parked in the lot @ the ocean in plymouth 2 years ago got a ticket no problem. On the ticket it tells you to pay on line, remit on line.com secure connection.

I did just that, paid on line the same day i got the ticket, it said thank you approved receipt # *print this for your records.

Now i get a letter 1/28/09 the 1st i'am hearing from them in 19 months saying the fine has doubled and if not paid in 21 days my registration willbe turned over to the rmv and will get another $20 penalty and will not be able to renew lic. Or reg until cleared through them.

After 30 hrs searching for my receipt i found it. Thats why i'am telling you this because i did find it, i only wonder how many did'nt after 19 months is this legal
