Classmates.com unauthorized credit card charges

I was duped into signing up for a special $3.95 Gold membership only to find out that at a later date they automatically charged my credit card $39 for access to their site. Not only do they not answer emails or phone calls at 425-917-5000 now i can't even sign in to my account. Don't fall for this scam. This company also has several Federal lawsuits against them.
