Ripped off in Aitkin Minnesota again

Procaulk Ripoff. Aitkin, Mn

I only ordered one pro caulk kit on Jan 17th which cost $19.95 plus $5.95 for shipping. They added an additional Procaulk Kit and additional applicators to the order and a procaulk money back guarantee what ever that is.

On Jan17th at the end of the telephone order which was automated I was told that I was going to be billed $60.70 and expect 6 to 8 weeks for shipping and I was told that I could check my order status online at www.customerstatus.com. I called back to talk to a person but there was no way to do that so I went on line and finally got a number which is (1-800-554-5925) where I could talk to someone. I told the person that I talked to that I ordered one pro caulk kit and was being charged for additional items. He told me he was checking on my order and came back on the phone and said it had not gotten in to their system yet and told me to call back on Monday Jan 19th.

Monday was a holiday so I called Tuesday the 20th and was told that they could not change the order which was already processed and on the shipping dock with hundreds of other orders. I told them that I was not going to pay for something that I did not order and I wanted them to cancel the order and I was going to contact my credit card company to stop payment.

I went to the same above website two times since Jan 20th and there was no information available under our phone number as there was today.
