Racist landlady, doesn't fix anything, mice infested apartment!

I had problems with this landlady since before we moved in. She wanted to know "what color" we were. Since the beginning she continually came up my back stairs at any time wanting to come in, even though I told her not to. She is very nosy and controlling and tried telling us where to put things when we moved in. She never made necessary repairs on her 1920's apartment (the kitchen appliances are from the 1980's) leading to a mice infestation, which she forced us to live through. She continually gave us problems for repairs and other things and when we left took us for more than half of our security deposit, claiming the damages were ours (they were not). So. Do not rent from this woman! You will be sorry...
