Filing false reports of abuse and neglect just to steal children from innocent parents

My daughter got mad because we kicked her boyfriend and his family of goons out of our house after they beat me senseless.

My sister got involved and insisted we send her to counseling. She openly accused her father of touching her inappropriately. Nothing could be farther from the truth. He is always either sleeping or at work when she is home. He works third shift.

DFACS got involved and did a false investigation— just for show. They decided we abused her even without any proof. The real molester lives across the street, but law enforcement won't touch him, even with our complaints that pre-date the DFACS complaint.

Now we have to fight for the right to parent our child who has started on drugs because of the aforementioned family, who gave her cigarettes, alcohol, and codeine without our consent, and knowing we would object.

The court has appointed a guardian ad litem to represent our daughter. They are supposed to investigate the documents and her mental health record to make their opinion known to the court. No one is listening to us.

DFACS has openly told my sister that she should talk me into giving her temporary guardianship, and they promised that they would back out of the case if I did. I am afraid that they will do just the opposite, and charge me with abandonment if I do.

I did nothing wrong, but yet I am being accused of neglect, when I did everything I could to keep her safe, even keeping her with me when I was not working. When I was working and she was not in school, she was with my brother, so she was not home alone with her brother, and out of danger from the monster across the street.
