I pay but i never receve my laptop stand or get my money back and i still fight after 8 month Buffolo Grove, Illinois

First excuse my english im french, i order a laptop stand for a truck about 8 month ago. After a week and half i call them to know where's my stand, they say we send it again because we did have a problem with the shipping (to many order) so i said ok. And then they say they are not able to send me my stock because it stock at the canadien cutom.

Then after 2 weeks i call them back and start to have some problem, the man harrassed me and call me names! Aneway i try a cople time to get my money back and i still work to get it after 8 month. The last reson is because they dont work with master card anymore. I have a e mail adress to get a refund its policestandshelp@yahoo.com and here a few line of hour conversation...

I order a truck laptop stand over 6 month ago and i never receve it. After 3 month i try to get my money back and after a couple call i finally talk with Beth who give me this adress email to get my money back. I also pay interest on that amount for the last 7 month at 28 %. My order number is my 4 first and last didget of my master card witch is * *. You could join me on my cell phone every time for any question... Cell phone number *-*-*. I also call master card who told me to try 1 more time to get my money back and if i dosent receve it to call them back.
I wait for your call to let me know you put the back on my card.

Julie Nabors from police laptop answer me... You have to fill a chargeback with your credit card company. I am so sorry for the troubles. And i say... I talk to them (my credit card) and they say you should give me my money back on my card, they say you simply have to credit on my card.

She answer me by... I understand that but we no longer use that merchant service so after you file a chargeback we can work with your card service. Thank you, Julie

And today i fill up a report here to let know every one to not work with that cie.
