I was charged for my laptop stand but after 3 days of no email for tracking or return of emails of messages left ont heir phones answering machines, i finally reached Raymond Rante (one of the owners) who told me it would be shipped right out and never was. Eveuntually i physically picked up the item came home to find it was missing pieces and instructions. The websites instructions by piocture were impossible to solve. I called ray again, not only to be harrassed, threatened, called name after name but told him i had to call him back because he didnt have time to get my info. He told me he would fax me a return shipment label. He refuse to give me the address or his last name but after some searching i found his name. I have to file a fraud investigation through my credit card company. DO NOT BUY CONTACT OR AFFILIATE with these people. They will threaten you, your safety, and steal your money.
