I am scared I am employed with Werner only for a few days. When I was assigned a SDM I told him a VERY close relative was in the Hospital and there's a chance I'll have to go be at their side, it so happened I got a call saying I need to go see them I called my SDM & reminded him of our previous conversation of my VERY close relative health he told me he'll put me on 30days PTO to handle my personal matters so I took the time to be at my relative's side, however I am SCARED to go back I have read so many things before I started with them but I was going to see for myself and ALL is CORRECT about how they treat you. I may not go back because of the health of my loved one, but also I want to do the right thing by Werner and leave on good terms which I read they mess you up saying you quit or damaged a truck which isn't true and that affects my future chances of getting another job. Can any one advise me how to leave on good terms without they writing a BAD report on my DAC?
