Predator With a Smile. String-Along Jim makes many generous promises, keeps none

Jim Lowe works as a carpenter in the Phoenix area. He was a tenant in atleast two different local women's homes this past year, mine and a friends.

He made grand promises by offering his services, saying he can do everything - to help improve the property. He says he's "country" and "I just like to help others", "I need to keep busy", "I have free time evenings", "it won't take much to get it done", etc. It all sounds very kind & generous but it's too good to be true.

Instead of doing the work he's offered time & again, or paying any rent, he strings along a bunch of excuses to make himself look like a victim. "I didn't get paid yet", "I'm out of money", "the guy I'm working for isn't paying me right"... All lies in order to leach off easy targets and get free shelter for as long as he can pull it off. Got several months in total from us.
