THis is regarding teh WORST company in the state of TEXAS-DRIVETIME!

Who in the hell gave these people the right to make me feel like an animal, to talk to me like I was not human.

I recently purchased a used 99 Cougar from this comapny and here it is a month later and the vehicle is a piece of garbage.

They keep telling me they will fix it-BUT have they - NO NO NO! The sales manager at this place is named RALPH he thinks just because I am female, blonde and may look like a push over he can take advantage of me-think again.

His collection manager is a female dog-unprofessional and rude-she had the nerve to tell me that I was not wanted as a customer because I complained about the vehicle.

These people are so stupid they forget that if you purchase a vehicle at a car sales lot the LEMON LAWS DO APPLY-they do not know the rules and regulations.

I have complained to the Better Business Association, the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and am about to call the San Antoniop KSAT 12 news TRouble Shooters to expose these frauds.

They had the nerve to tell me the vehicles selling price $12,300 was so high because of my credit-bull crap-it's called upsaling garbage vehicles.

This vehicle is only worth in great working condition $5,370.00, what a rip-off.

HELP ME PLEASE-I feel taken advantage of and these types of people need to be stopped.
