This Company is a Rip Off

Their sales person came into our office to get our business. She gave us quotes to handle our container from port of origin to our office. Her prices were much lower so we gave them a try. From the very first shipment the fees turned out to be more than quoted. Their claiming that the price did not include picking up the product from the vendor to get it to the ocean container. When we complained about this all she could do was explain they did not understand how the other companies were not charging this. It was part of their pricing to us. How can such a company not know that other companies (their competitors) don't do that. They use sweet talking and fake promises to get pass the complaint. They have cost us of hundreds of dollars more than if we had stayed with the company we were already using. People be ware of this company!!
