Bladez gave me a scooter that broke down way to fast

So i got a bladez 33cc scooter... Supposed to be good quality scooters... By was i wrong when i first got it it ran sloppy... Like if it was running lean. I took it for a ride that same day and out off nowhere the engine revved up like if the belt snapped i took it apart and the bolt that holds the clutch on was striped i called the company and they told me that my warranty was void because i took it apart to see what was wrong with it. They were being the stupidest people in the world about this situation. They said that this would be a good chance to upgrade to a high performance clutch but in the back of there minds they were thinking that i was just wasting there time. If i were you i wouldn't buy from this company, and if you do make sure you don't screw with it if it brakes just call them before the 90 day warranty ends
