BofA takes taxpayer money but does nothing to help customers who paid their taxes Nationwide

My husband served his country and we got in debt when old wounds needed surgery and hospitalization, and he could not work.

I have never been late on my payments, on any payments for anyone, even though I had a 25% interest rate.

When I called them to ask them to lower the interest rate they closed the account and refused.

I put the account into a DMP through a CCCS. The interest rate was lowered to 16%. I put all my creditors on this plan and BofA is the only creditor to charge this much.

I sent them a letter. They ignored it. I called them. The Customer Service Rep told me "There is nothing you can do". She refused to escalate. She refused to give me an address. She finally gave me an address when I told her I wanted to write a thank you note. I never got angry. I played nice.

Bank of America has a cutomre ready to pay back every penny but needs help on the 984. Payment she has to make every month because I cannot pay my mortgage, YET they will not help at all.

When will everyone realize these banks are screwing us? They are taking our taxpayer dollars and not helping US. The people who are "bailing them out".

This is the biggest RIP OFF of all.
