Friend for life, then he ripped me off

He was every thing to me. More than my brother. I loved him so much. Not in a gay way. I did not have an older brother and we clicked from the start, i thought he was so cool. I wanted to start my own business because i came up on 50,000 dollars. He talked me into investing into his idea for a business. He said trust me and i did. At first we where very profitable. His family seen that and they jumped on the ban wagon. Needless to say i was soon pushed out. Know they have my company and there is nothing i can do about it because i don't have the money to hire a lawyer. Now i'm broke.
