Account care signed me up and I had no idea even who they were?

Simular happened to me. I got a junk-mail like letter thanking me for signing up for Account care for my Sears MC. I never signed up for it, never even heard of it. Called the company, and they tried to convince me I had signed up for it (ya right, I guess I just had abnesia), and that they would have to do a 10-30 investigation before they could "un-inroll" me. I had to go through like 3 people to get someone to take me off this, and for the first time in my life, I had to be rude and loud towrds a customer service person (if was like talking to used car salesmen who would NOT take no for an answer).

If you google this, you'll see lots of other people are having the same problem. It's almost scarry.
