Fred Bush Auctioneers
Will Not Refund Deposit

Miscellaneous

I joined an auction performed by James Bush in 2000 or to take part in the market a $300 deposit was needed, that we settled. As of this auction used to do not purchase something and quit my deposit when I thought I'd be joining another market.

Because it works out used to do not attend another market and just recently had it delivered to my interest the stated $300 was still on deposit with John Bush Auctioneers.

I've twice required the income be returned. The very first time by USPS notice in Novemer and via E-Mail to his organization in December. Consequently I published towards the Southern CA Auctioneers Assoc (which they're people) going out this establishement was providing their occupation a 'black-eye'.

Up to now none of my communication has obtained an answer, not to mention the cash returned. I understand that some establishments have to spot unclaimed funds on deposit using the condition. Does this principle affect auctioneers?

Are you able to help me recover my deposit. Thanks.
