I have lost all my savings (nearly 60000 euros0 thanks to them! Spain

I inherited some money and decided to invest in a property in Bulgaria. As the money was not enough to buy one flat outright, which is what we wanted, we were told that there was a easy way to get the extra money we needed within a year. All we had to do was to invest all our money as deposit for 3 flats, resale two of them before complition and with the extra money earned pay the remaining one outright. They told us that they were able to resale properties within days and that we would be able to get about 15/20% profit within a year. It might look silly now, but they were so convincing, the sale advisor, the financial advisor, the lawyer.
As you can easily understand, it didn't work like that. They didn't manage to sell any property before complition and we lost all the money paid for the deposits. As we could prove they lied all the way through, they offered us a solution, which was 28000 euros discount on one of their properties. The problem was that they wanted us to buy the most expensive ones and we couldn't get enough mortgage. So we had to decline their offer and their answer was that, as they made an offer to sort the problem out, they didn't feel 'guilty' anymore. I told them several time that the solution should have been 'viable', but probably all the wanted was to cover their back by offering us a discount on one of their well overpriced properties.
I have been in touch with lot of people, from managers (e.G. Mr Michael Moodie, Mr Canueto) to people working for the resale department, both in Spain and Bulgaria (mrs Stone, Mr Lyubenov, Mrs Boyce). Thi suntil last september. Now the e-mail addresses of Mrs Stone, Mr Lyubenov and Mrs Boyce do not exist anymore, while Mr Moodie and Mr canueto are just not answering to my emails at all. They surely got my e-mails but they are just ignoring them.
There would be a lot more to say, but this gives you a rough idea on how they work.
I feel really devastated. I just wanted to invest for my daughters future and I have been left without a penny!
