DCC Properties
The new MRI (MacAnthony Realty International)

DCC Properties have recently been set up. Two people who are involved in this are Wendy MacAnthony and Michael Liggan. These two people were prominent in MacAnthony Realty International (MRI).

If you do a search on MRI you will find many, many complaints and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

People have complained about promised rental guarantees not materialising, being persuaded to buy more properties than they actually wanted, then not being able to get mortgages for them, capital growth not happening, MRI stating that they could resell properties, then not being able to etc etc.

The list goes on and on. Many people have lost thousands of pounds.

They have just been found guilty of malpractice by the National Association of Estate Agents/National Federation of Property Professionals, of which they were a member.

As the individuals involved in DCC Properties were part of MRI when all this was going on, I would avoid both companies like the plague.
