Unlawful termination and raw food being served

On January 15th I was working with the restaurant Yanaki. While i was working we went under new ownership and I realized we were getting even more complaints about the food being served was either not cooked all the way or was cold when served. People were getting sick from the sushi they were ordering from it being left out to long. The chicken isnt cooked all the way on the agrill and they wouldnt keep the warmer clean. If you ask any of the Drs at memorial hospital in Bakerfield Ca they will tell you the same. They were are main customers that stop ordering. My brother still works there and trys to get them to get ahold of pest control and the company to get rid of the old cooking oil. But they wont do it. I was grabbed and yelled at by the new owners for using the restroom in front of customers. The owners wife is working and being paid but is not on the payroll. They are very rude to customers and they have a new employee who is very nasty and should not be working with food at all.
