The company charged $ 29.95 and two $ 1.00 charges to my bank card without my consent. I did order a book from them which, supposedly shipped on 12/10/08. I did not receive the book, which was a Christmas gift, until Jan 8. I will pay the charges of $6.21 for the book but am disputing the other 2 with my credit card company. I am also sending a letter to SmartSavings.
