Will not answer the legal aspects of the contract regarding interest rates, etc

I signed up for a payday loan for $300.00 they have taken out $400.00 and nothing applied to the balance and say my balance is $480.00 to pay it right now.
The customer service and collections departments cannot answer the legal questions I have regarding allowable interest rates in the State of Maryland nor will they send me information indicating the legal aspects of the contract.

They have interrupted me, not let me talk and even hung up on me when they didn't have an answer to my questions.

I now have to close my bank account and aign an affidavit at my bank about the charges being fraudulent. And I'm sure they will be harassing me constantly on the telephone.

I have never heard of anything so crazy! I am not surprised that when I looked up the info. Online I saw tons of consumer complaintss and companies disclosing the fraud of this company.
