A-American Self Storage False Property Insurance at Storages

The Bob Bader Company is a "Fraud".
In almost everything I owned was stolen from the A-American Self Storage located in Palmdale California.

The Burglery occured May. The original padlock to my storage container was cut off then the burgler replaced it with a another lock. Bob Bader denied my claim. This is a countrywide Insurance Company and their "loophole" allows them to deny legitimate claims.

HOW DO THEY DO IT?
The definition of burglery to most people means breaking and enterering. Baders Policy:
The term "burlary" means the act of stealing insured property by forcible entry into a securely locked storage space provided there are visible marks of such forced entry upon the eterior of the storage space.

"The mere absence of a lock or padlock does not constitute visible marks of forcible entry.

Bob Bader Company intentionally defrauds policyholders with the above loophole. The only way to get into the storage is to pick or cut the lock from the outside.
The storage facilites such as A-American that are selling the insurance are aware of the loop hole, yet want their cut.

If your a victim of their scam, please put in a complaint to your States Department of Insurance Claims Bureau, or report them to the media.
