Mystery Shopper, Consumer Service Evaluator, Customer Service Evaluator Milwaukee

This is the second "Mystery Shopper" letter and check I have received within the last 6 months.

Both have come from different locations but there is one similar fact for both of these. All of these letters and supposedly valid checks are in evelopes with a stamp that is postmarked from Canada.

What is going on in Canada?

I do not follow what is in the letter but simply shred everything.

Is there any way to stop this influx of garbage coming from Canada?
