Unauthorized charges on a new credit card

This company has several complaints all stating the same thing and that is unauthorized charges. They say if you are receiving a charge its because you have subscribed to their internet sevices but i havent.

They have charged me two months in a row and there is no way of visiting a web site to cancel. I finally found their site online and its is as confusing as the circumstances that has brought this on.
