I was advised after a search that center4 grants was a match for student loans

I went to the website www.center4grants.com after a "search" and found this site advising "that for $2.95 I would receive a CD listing all available grants" this was on December 09;what actually happened was that a $39.95 charge was applied directly to my joint account on December 09!! Not even the $2.95 as stated on the web site! No www.center4grants went right for the $39.95 and when I called them to ask for the monies to be redeposited, I spent 15 minutes on the phone to no avail. I call Key Bank had the card cancelled.
