Bealls Horrible service - online sales

I ordered some sandals on 5/28.. Got a notice they had shipped on 5/29... Never received them... Called them... Three separate tiimes... On hold for 3-8 minutes each time... They didn't put the apt. Number on the box, ergo... The box was returned. I called, I email with the Apt. #, but they never sent the sandals. I got through, after a 7 minute wait, this morning and they claimed they had issued a refund... Not so!!! They now say they will issue a credit... Don't shop here... They are rip offs
