Unauthorized Debits 2 months after cancellation of order. Called on Friday afternoon and told call back during normal business hours. Why are they closed on a Friday afternoon?

I ordered Acai Berry in November, paid for the product through debit card, canceled my ordered after receiving my shipment. 2 months later they take $85.90 out of my account which I never orderd. I want my money back. Now!
