Paid for internt service anmd dsl, dsl was ever turned on, still dial-up... Peoplepc chared my credit, in the amount of $42.47, and will not activite, but want to start a new account, to recharge,, they got personal trying to get my bank account number... Nothing happen they did not take care of this matter, the invoice nimber is... 0389554851... I further complain to the fcc... Form number... 2000 filed via, 09-c00086110
