I have a very badly built home

My home is very badly built. They did not hook up septic for almost a month. We have heard boards snapping and the foundation has already had to be releveled and they have to relevel the house again and it was finished in 08/08, still a new home but is falling apart badly and was very badly treated by more than one person at jim walters
