USA Movie Quarterly, Midwest Business Holdings LLC Rip - off on advertising

I was called by a woman who told me she worked for a theater local to me and she talked to me about advertising in a magazine to be given out at the theater. After she called me several times I agreed to do the ad. I placed the order and gave her my credit car and it was immediately charged.

Someone sent me an email with a copy of my ad in it and it looked pretty good so I oked the ad. The magazine was supposed to be released in January at the theater and a copy was supposed to be sent to me. I never received one so I called the theater and they had no idea what I was talking about - said the have no magazine that they give out to people.

I just the reciept sent to me and it was from USA Movie Quarterly whp is not affiliated with the theater in anyway I came to find out.

I too originally had www.usamoviequarterly.com as a webaddress for them but it no longer worked. I emailed the person who sent me the ad and got no response.

I did find them at usamoviequarterly.net and it says this business is part of Midwest Business Holdings LLC and has their number and address as well.

The website, usamoviequarterly.net, had a sample of the magazine that features my ad on it - but not the ad I approved and it says it is for a magazine in Indiana but I am in Minnesota.

I called and was told someone would call me back and no one did. I called back and was treated very rudely and told that the magazine with my ad it in would be printed but didnt know when, and that my money would not be refunded.

This company is a complete rip-off
