I called the number and set up an interview for the next day in the morning at 10:30am. When I show up it was a decent little office and I notice a couple off just regular people dressed in jean and outside clothing very young people and a few older. I felt over dressed or something I was dress for a professional interview. But, anyway I signed in and waited for my name to called. I went in with about 8 other people with little questionares about are selves if we where currently unemployed. Everyone said yes pretty much and that we where all desperate for work. They guy who interviewed us was named Brian, he was a very nice funny chill guy but, just with a bit of sacaism and a dirty mouth at times. But, I didn't think anything of it. Well pretty much to make a long-ass story short I didn't have to wait long I was told that I had a great look for the job that he didn't even want to wait for me to get the second call just for me to show up the second interview the next day at 11:00am.

So I did and noticed a different but even larger crowd then before I thought where going to then have seperate interviews but, in stead we just got straight into talking about the company how they where going to pay an train us to been managers of are own offices. They kept installing about their boss Larry Hahn the founder of the companies that him and Mark Laresey are the creators and that Mark figured out a way to make generic perfumes from the designer ones yada yada. Pretty much I felt everything was to good to be true that day on how I was being told I needed no manager experience but, I could make all this amount of money. I ignored me guts because, I was in no position to be picky about a job. So, I went Monday morning where they told us in was the 1st orientation and that would start getting paid in cash he even made the joke this isn't a W-2 in a way it's W-9 which I thought was just a weird joke but anyway, then this other Regional Manager named Jaime comes up all he and the other guy notice talk about they what to be successful ike the owners and co owners this guy named KERRY or what ever they had pics off all of his and Larry properties flashing every and pictures with celebes everywhere writing Kerry personal notes to him so I thought wow this guy really did it. BUt any hoo they started talking this FFAR deal Family, Friends, and Relatives how they can try to bring you from trying to achieve you dreams and i'm really close to my family and friends so I didn't like that part they would actually be very happy for me. But any way they then later told us they where going to call their owner Larry to do a contest for us just to get us motivated about working their the contest bid was for $1,000 dollars, for whoever sold the most perfumes.

then they broke down the independent shares you would make on the sides for yourself and that you could only do this with family or friends and that they only excepted credit cards and personal checks no cash I thought that was weird but, ignored it. When they gave us the paper work and told us we had to to this in 24 hours with no samples I was like HUH? I was whatever about it cuz, I thought that was they're way of just trying to make it a a bigger challenge for us and I really needed the money. To help me and my family out. So started calling all my friends and family to see if they could help me out with this. They didn't trust giving the company their credit card info but, they trusted me so they just all gave me cash to deposit and that I would just purchase the perfumes with my card. So, I was do well in this until I contacted my mom to get some product from me my mom told I thought you where doing a reception jobs what this about perfumes I told her it was just a one time thing for a bonus the my job promised me that iI could get promoted to manager position with my own office once I completed training that they thought I would be better as a manager instead of just a front desk clerk she thought that sounded weird so she asked for their name tried looking them up and couldn't them under they name they displayed A.M. G I thought that was odd but, maybe that they went under a different name or something. I got anger with her that she was trying to spoil my success so I ignored her advice but, later in the night I contacted my husbands girl cousin who I knew where designer perfumes and when she heard my sales pitch she described the perfume bottles to me with having a flower on the box with black lids. I said yes she then said is it called Scentura Products I said no I didn't hear that named then I said it's under Observe L'Essence she said yeah that's the one she described the process she she went 3 years before of the promise they manger position and everything I was crushed to find out it was a bunch mission but, very grateful I didn't go further and up losing my friends and family money in these already hard times. I was happy to give everyone their money but, and explained to them what happen then I go home and my husband was so upset he wanted to do his own searching only to come across thiss sight and it i scary to see how this same scam is already all over the country starting from the east coast to the west they should be punished and caught and I hope my letter helps others in my area.
